These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Einidoc, published by Timothé Duc and Virginie Collignon-Ducret, and any user subscribing to a paid subscription on the Einidoc platform (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any subscription to a subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs as well as the terms of use.
Einidoc is a SaaS document management platform offering:
The accessible features depend on the subscription plan chosen by the Customer.
Einidoc offers the following plans:
Prices are indicated in euros excluding VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at the time of payment according to current legislation.
Einidoc reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Any price change will be communicated to the Customer with 30 days' notice and will only apply at the next subscription renewal.
Subscription to a paid plan is done online via the Einidoc platform. The Customer must create an account and provide the required payment information.
Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe payment platform. Payment is due at the time of subscription, then at each renewal date.
Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the anniversary date of subscription. Annual subscriptions are billed once for the 12-month period.
An invoice is issued with each payment and made available to the Customer in their personal space.
The subscription is taken out for the duration chosen by the Customer (monthly or annual) and renews automatically at each deadline, unless canceled by the Customer before the renewal date.
Renewal is done at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal as soon as the service is fully performed before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and that execution has begun with the prior and express agreement of the Customer.
However, the Customer may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund will be made.
Einidoc reserves the right to cancel a Customer's subscription in case of non-compliance with the terms of use, non-payment or fraudulent use of the service.
In case of cancellation, the Customer retains access to the service until the end of the current subscription period. At the end of this period, the account automatically switches to the Free plan. The Customer has 30 days after the end of their subscription to retrieve their data.
Each plan includes usage quotas (number of contracts, imports, AI messages, documents in knowledge base). Monthly quotas are reset at each subscription renewal date.
When a quota is reached, the corresponding feature is temporarily unavailable until the next renewal or until a plan change by the Customer.
Einidoc commits to:
Einidoc's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer over the last 12 months. Einidoc cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss or decisions made based on documents generated by the platform.

Einidoc reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications will be communicated to the Customer by email with 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the service after the new conditions come into effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
