Einidoc is a SaaS (Software as a Service) document management platform that allows:

• Creation, editing and management of documents
• Automatic generation of contracts and legal documents
• Electronic signature of documents
• Secure document storage
• Document collaboration
• Artificial intelligence assistance

Access to our platform requires:

• Creating a user account with accurate information
• Accepting these terms of use
• For certain services, subscribing to a paid subscription
• Being of legal age or having authorization from legal guardians

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws
• Not infringe on the rights of third parties
• Not compromise the security or proper functioning of the platform

It is strictly forbidden to:

You retain all rights to documents you create or upload to the platform. Einidoc does not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You grant Einidoc a limited license to process, store and display your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We are committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws.

We strive to ensure maximum availability of our service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to:

• Scheduled maintenance operations

• Internet connectivity issues

To the extent permitted by law, Einidoc cannot be held liable for:

• Indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service
• Data loss due to technical failures
• Content created by users
• Decisions made based on generated documents

It is recommended to have your documents validated by a legal professional before using them in an important legal context.

Einidoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of:

• Non-compliance with these terms of use
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent use of the service
• User request

In case of termination, you will have access to your data for a period of 30 days to proceed with their recovery.

Einidoc reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of modifications by email or via the platform.

Continued use of the service after notification of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts.
