Permanent Employment Contract

Between the undersigned

The Employer: Employer name, Legal form, with registered office at Employer address, SIRET Employer SIRET, represented by Employer representative in the capacity of Representative title.

Article 1 – Hiring

The Employee is hired as Job title starting from Start date, subject to the results of the pre-employment medical examination.

Article 2 – Probationary period
