Consulting Engagement Contract

Between the undersigned

The Consultant: Consultant name, Consultant status, residing at Consultant address, SIRET Consultant SIRET.

The Client: Client name, located at Client address, represented by Client representative.

Article 1 – Purpose of the engagement

The Client entrusts the Consultant with the following engagement: Engagement description.

The expected deliverables are: Expected deliverables.

Article 2 – Duration of the engagement

The engagement shall run from Start date to End date. It may be extended by a written amendment signed by both parties.

Article 3 – Fees

The Consultant's fees are set at Daily rate excl. tax (EUR) EUR excl. tax per day, for an estimated volume of Estimated number of days days, i.e. an estimated total amount of Estimated total amount excl. tax (EUR) EUR excl. tax.

Travel expenses are Travel expenses.

Article 4 – Confidentiality

The Consultant agrees not to disclose any confidential information brought to their attention in the course of the engagement, during the contract term and for a period of Post-contract confidentiality period after its termination.

Article 5 – Independence

The Consultant performs the engagement independently. There is no subordination relationship between the Consultant and the Client.

Article 6 – Termination

In the event of a serious breach by either party, the contract may be terminated by operation of law Termination delay for breach after a formal notice that has remained ineffective.
