Equipment Rental Contract
Between the undersigned
The Lessor: Lessor name, located at Lessor address, SIRET Lessor SIRET.
The Lessee: Lessee name, located at Lessee address, SIRET Lessee SIRET.
Article 1 – Purpose
The Lessor makes the following equipment available to the Lessee: Equipment description.
Serial number / reference: Reference / serial number.
New replacement value of the equipment: New replacement value (EUR) EUR.
Article 2 – Duration
The rental is granted for a period of Rental duration starting from Start date. The equipment shall be delivered to the following address: Delivery address.
Article 3 – Rent
The rent is set at Rent amount excl. tax (EUR) EUR excl. tax per Frequency, payable in advance.
Article 4 – Condition of the equipment
A joint condition report shall be drawn up upon delivery and upon return of the equipment. The Lessee agrees to use the equipment in accordance with its intended purpose.
Article 5 – Insurance and liability
The Lessee agrees to insure the equipment against theft, fire, and damage. The Lessee is responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period.
Article 6 – Return
The equipment shall be returned in good working condition to the Lessor's address. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear shall be charged to the Lessee.
