Article 1 – Purpose of the partnership

Each Party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property rights. Joint creations made within the framework of the partnership shall be Ownership of joint creations.
Article 7 – Termination
Either Party may terminate this agreement with Termination notice period notice. In the event of a serious breach, termination may be immediate after a formal notice that has remained without effect within Formal notice period.
