IT Service Contract

Between the undersigned

The Provider: Provider name, Provider legal form, with registered office at Provider address, registered under number Provider SIRET number, represented by Provider representative in the capacity of Representative title.

The Client: Client name, with registered office at Client address, registered under number Client SIRET number, represented by Client representative in the capacity of Client representative title.

Article 1 – Purpose of the contract

The Provider agrees to provide the Client with the following services: Description of services.

Article 2 – Duration

This contract is entered into for a period of Contract duration starting from Start date.

Article 3 – Compensation

In consideration for the services rendered, the Client shall pay the Provider the sum of Amount excl. tax (EUR) EUR excl. tax, i.e. Amount incl. tax (EUR) EUR incl. tax. Payment shall be made according to the following terms: Payment terms.

Article 4 – Provider's obligations

The Provider agrees to perform the services with due diligence and in accordance with professional standards. The Provider guarantees the confidentiality of information communicated by the Client.

Article 5 – Intellectual property

Deliverables produced under this contract shall become the property of the Client upon full payment. The Provider retains ownership of its pre-existing tools and methods.

Article 6 – Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by giving Termination notice period notice sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Article 7 – Applicable law

This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Competent court.
