Internship Agreement

Between the undersigned

The Host Organisation: Company name, located at Company address, SIRET Company SIRET, represented by Company representative.

The Educational Institution: Institution name, located at Institution address, represented by Institution representative.

The Intern: Intern name, born on Date of birth, residing at Intern address, enrolled in Course of study.

Article 1 – Purpose of the internship

Article 2 – Duration

Article 3 – Stipend
