Between the undersigned

Party 1: Party 1 name, located at Party 1 address, represented by Party 1 representative.

Party 2: Party 2 name, located at Party 2 address, represented by Party 2 representative.

Preamble – Statement of the dispute

Statement of the dispute

The Parties, wishing to put a definitive end to this dispute without resorting to legal proceedings, have agreed as follows:

Article 1 – Reciprocal concessions

Party 1 agrees to: Party 1 concessions.

Party 2 agrees to: Party 2 concessions.

Article 2 – Settlement indemnity

Paying party shall pay to Beneficiary party the sum of Indemnity amount (EUR) EUR as a fixed and final settlement indemnity, according to the following terms: Payment terms.

Article 3 – Waiver

In consideration for the performance of the above commitments, the Parties mutually and irrevocably waive any action, claim, or recourse relating to the dispute set out in the preamble.

Article 4 – Confidentiality

The Parties agree to keep this agreement and its contents strictly confidential.

Article 5 – Performance

This agreement shall be performed no later than Performance deadline. Failing performance within this period, the aggrieved party may bring the matter before the competent court.

Article 6 – Authority of res judicata

In accordance with Article 2052 of the French Civil Code, this agreement has, between the Parties, the authority of res judicata as a final judgment.
